We have chosen to connect with people and show them God’s timeless truths found in the Gospel of His grace. Although our approach is anything but traditional, we believe in and maintain a set of core values and beliefs founded on the Word of God.
The Book
The Bible
The Bible is God’s Word to all people. It was written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it was inspired by God, the Bible is true and is completely relevant to our daily lives.
The Goodness and Greatness
The father
God has existed in relationship with Himself for all eternity. He exists as one substance in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Although each member of the Trinity serves different functions, they each possess equal power and authority.
The Image of God
Humanity
Men and women are made in the image of God and are the supreme object of His creation. They were created to have fellowship with God but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, men and women cannot attain a right relationship with God through their own self-effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.
Grace and Truth by One
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is completely human but, at the same time, completely God. He is the only plan for bringing people who are far from God back into a right relationship with God. He lived a perfect life, so that He could be a substitution for us in satisfying God’s demands for perfection. He defeated death in His resurrection so that we could have life.
The Doorway
Salvation
The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation occurs when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. Salvation is a gift from God, and it can never be earned through our own efforts, religious works or good deeds.
God In Us
The Holy Spirit
His presence assures us of our relationship with Christ. He guides believers into all truth and exalts Christ. He convinces people of their need for Christ. He comforts us, gives us spiritual gifts, empowers the believer with His presence, and makes us more like Christ. By His grace we can live a life of faith and victory.

Christ’s Finished Work and the Covenant of Grace
The message of Christ’s Finished Work is the message of the New Covenant. This covenant provides the believer with all things, as the blood of Jesus was shed for our redemption, sanctification and justification; and the body of Jesus was broken for our wholeness and healing.The Covenant of Grace teaches us that there is no condemnation to the believer and that the power to live a life free from the dominion of sin is found in the knowledge that you are under the power of grace and not the power of the law.
Community
The Church
The Church is a local community of believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teachings of Christ and loving and obeying His commands by the power of His grace within as it seeks to bring His Gospel to the world. The Church works together in love and unity, intent on the ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ among all nations.
Our Compass
If The Core reflects our heart beliefs then The Compass gives us some direction as we seek to work out our faith in the light of those core values. It reflects our pathway to a deeper life in God and with each other.
Vision and Life
We will speak vision and life over our people. We will lift up the salvation of Jesus rather than using our platform to condemn.
New Covenant
We will focus on Christ and His finished work in the New Covenant. Communicating the heart of God and His abundant favor towards His people.
Bigness of God
We will talk of the bigness of our God. We deposit faith and hope in the hearts of others as they seek the power of His love to excel in all things.
Destiny and Purpose
We will speak destiny and purpose to our people. We rejoice that others are discovering their purposes in God and equip them to walk a life of victory and success.
Mission of Jesus
We will speak the mission of Jesus. To motivate and encourage others to play a part in God’s dream for cities and nations of Asia and beyond.
Relationships
We will build relationships that foster life and openness. God values people, so do we. We are concerned for the people of this city and our nation and partnership with the Lord to see His goodness poured out to others.
Unity and Love
We will speak unity and love, knowing that the leadership of Excel Point have heard the heart of God. We stand united in vision and purpose.
Excellence
We will foster a spirit of excellence in all we do. Not out of a sense of law or obligation, but of grace, joy and freedom knowing the incredible privilege of being called the sons and daughters of God.
